Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – This video looks at using the Casio graphic to quickly take the logarithm of a set of values using the List feature. We then graph both the original and logarithmic relationship and look at drawing a line of best fit. We then look at two ways of finding constants in an exponential relationship using the Casio fx-CG50.

Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – In this video we look at the graphs of two functions and find the area underneath between two limits. In the first example, we integrate and display the area under the graph between an upper and lower bound. The second example shows a mixed area, both above and below the x-axis and how the CG50 can handle this in one calculation.

Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – This video looks at two different options for drawing a circle graph on the Casio fx-CG50. We learn how to use both options and how to use the calculator to find x and y intercepts, the centre of the circle and the radius. There is also a method to try and find the exact answer for a radius where possible and how we can use the information to write the equation of the circle when we know the centre and radius.

Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – This video looks at using the Casio fx-CG50 Prizm to help find information and help support answering a question regarding points of intersection. Drawing the graph of the two functions on the CG50 aids making a sketch of the graph and we can easily count the number of points of intersection. The CG50 can also support non-calculator work and verify the coordinates of the points of intersection that we obtained by solving the equations.

Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – This video looks at using both Graph and Table mode to help support answering a question involving parametric equations. By switching Derivative on on the Casio fx-CG50 and tracing a graph you can discover the gradient of the curve at given values of the parameter t. Additionally, you can use TABLE mode to help verify the Cartesian equation of a curve, once you have found it.
