One of the newer topics covered in the Maths GCSE as well as other qualifications is how to find the nth term of a quadratic sequence, but did you know there is a method of finding the nth term on the Casio Classwiz. Using the fx-991EX and the Simul. Equation Solver function with three unknowns, we can use the method to easily wind the expression for the nth term. Please note the warning in the video that, depending on the examination, the method may not be worth all or any of the marks available. However it is a fantastic check and a great method outside of the exam situation.
